How to import contacts

Upload a CSV/XLSX file with your contacts to Banktrack

To import contacts into Banktrack, you can use the template we provide or adjust your file formatting for proper compatibility.

Important: For the import to work correctly, the CSV file must use a semicolon ( ; ) as the separator. Files using a comma ( , ) as the separator are not supported.

Accepted formats

Take note of the following accepted formats in Banktrack:

  • Name*: text

  • Contact type: text. Must match exactly:

    • If the contact is "autónomo" (self-employed): use freelancer

    • If the contact is "empresa" (company): use company

  • Fiscal ID: text and/or numbers

  • Email: text and/or numbers

  • Phone: text and/or numbers

  • Address: text and/or numbers

  • Postal code: text and/or numbers

  • City: text and/or numbers

  • Province: text and/or numbers

  • Country: text. Countries must match the ISO code exactly. For example: Spain = ESP. Mexico = MEX. Here you can find the complete list of countries.

Fields marked with an asterisk * are mandatory.
